Ada
Ada is an AI/ML powered chatbot for enterprise companies. I was hired to lead development on an entirely new, from-the-ground-up product: a live chat tool for customer support agents.
I also worked on the interaction system to move a user from bot chat to live chat, and Ada's design system.

The bot builder interface that lets chatbot admins train their bot and create custom answers and flows to serve customers. Building flows is made easy with drag and drop components and simplified tools to make complex actions straightforward.
